Cancellations & Absentee.

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. This allows us to offer the slot to another client who may need our services. You can reach us by phone at 206-321-1894 or email at cbolingert@gmail.com

When an absentee occurs by missing your scheduled appointment without prior notice or cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, the appointment deposit will be forfeited for the first no-show or late cancellation. We understand that unexpected issues can arise, so we will send a reminder about the missed appointment and offer an opportunity to reschedule.

Appointment Deposit.

To secure your desired time slot for your notary appointment, a non refundable $25 deposit is required at the time of booking. This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your notary service upon completion. Your appointment will be confirmed once the deposit is received.

Refunds.

Once all notary services have been completed, they are non-refundable. This includes, but is not limited to, completed notarizations or executed notarial acts. Refunds will only be considered for advance payments for notary services that have not yet been performed.

Appointment Cancellation: If you cancel your appointment with at least 24 hours' notice, any advance payment made, excluding the non-refundable deposit, will be eligible for a refund.

Service Disruption: If we are unable to provide the notary service due to unforeseen circumstances or issues on our part, we will issue a full refund, including the non-refundable deposit.

Refund requests must be emailed to cbolingert@gmail.com within 4 days of the original payment date. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. Please allow a reasonable amount of time for the refund to appear in your account. The processing time may vary based on your financial institution.
