Schedule an Appointment
For In Person Notarization
After requesting a quote and providing all relevant information, we will move forward with scheduling following these simple steps:
Pick a Date and Time
Confirm Your Appointment: Review your appointment details and confirm the booking. You’ll receive a confirmation email with information about your in person appointment or instructions on how to join the virtual session.
Prepare for the Appointment: Gather your valid identification and documents. If using remote online notarization, ensure you have a stable internet connection for the video call. Follow any pre-appointment instructions provided.
By following these steps, you can help ensure a smooth and efficient notarization process!
Gather Documents: Collect all documents that require notarization. Make sure they are complete and ready for signing.
Check Identification: Bring valid, government-issued photo ID (like a driver's license or passport) for all signers. The notary needs to verify identities.
Understand the Documents: Familiarize yourself with the documents you’re signing. If you have any questions, consider discussing them with a legal professional beforehand.
Plan the Meeting Location: Choose a quiet, private location for the appointment where you won’t be interrupted. Ensure it has enough space for all parties and the notary.
Set a Time: Confirm the appointment time and be punctual. If you need to reschedule, do so as early as possible.
Avoid Pre-signing: Don’t sign any documents before the notary arrives. Signatures must be done in the presence of the notary.
